Knowing that ownership of Chametz during the festival of Pesach is strictly forbidden, I hereby appoint Rabbi Avi Olitzky as my agent to sell my chametz, located around the site listed enclosed, on my behalf. I am aware and recognize that there are no conditions of return or exchange for this sale—and that this sale is for Passover 5780 / 2020.

There is no charge for the service of acting as your agent for the Sale of Chametz. Many have the custom to make their gift for Maot Chittim to fulfill two mitzvot at the same time. All funds collected with this form are used to provide matzah and other Passover foods and services to those in need. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
